'Le génie du mal' by Guillaume Geefs
This black and white photograph showcases the infamous 'Genius of Evil', a sculpture full of seduction, menace, and beauty. Also known as 'The Lucifer of Liège', the subject is the devil himself, disgraced and tearful, clutching his crown, chains and broken sceptre. The dramatic interplay of light and shadow emphasises the contrasts at work – an angelic portrait betrayed by sensuality and scorn; a graceful youth draped in gothic symbolism and darkness. This print presents a portrait of Lucifer in all his emotional depth and humanity.

As each piece is custom printed and framed just for you, I'm unable to accept the return of unwanted items. In the rare event of transit damage or misprint issues, please contact me with your order number and a photo of the problem to arrange a speedy replacement.
