Order FAQs

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 6 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to keep an eye on progress. 

Most orders take 3-5 business days in transit, once shipped. However, transit may take longer if: your shipment is crossing national borders; your order overlaps with a seasonal rush or national holiday dates; your shipment requires customs clearance.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for a full refund provided I haven't started the production process yet. I aim to ship orders quickly, so let me know as soon as you can and I'll try to stop the press! 

Can I return or exchange my order?

As each piece is custom printed and framed just for you, I'm unable to accept the return of unwanted items. Please double-check that your print and size selections are correct before purchasing. Full information can be found on the Return Policy page. 

There is an issue with my item/s

If you need to report transit damage or a misprint issue, please email me at hello@modernmythosart.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. If reporting damage, please also include a photo of the tube / box.

I will get a replacement to you ASAP.

There is an issue with delivery

Keep an eye on your tracking page and contact the courier directly if you need to provide any additional instructions, such as a drop-off location, access code, redelivery date etc. I'm not able to provide delivery instructions on the recipient's behalf. 

If you experience any issues that you cannot resolve with the courier, please contact me at hello@modernmythosart.com with your order number and I will help you investigate. 

Can I edit my order or address?

Contact me ASAP if you need to update your address information. As soon as the order is with the courier, I cannot recall it. Customers must ensure their address information is correct, as forced returns do not always come back to me. 

I will happily switch print selection provided I haven't started the production process yet. However, if your change impacts price I may have to process a cancellation.

If you live in Australia, yes.

If you don't live in Australia, I generally advise that you do not use a PO Box as your delivery address, as most couriers (including UPS and FedEx) do not deliver to PO Boxes by default of their policy. If you do use a PO Box, please monitor tracking and contact the courier if action or collection is required to complete delivery. Please note that PO Box addresses can incur delivery failures and delays, for which the shop is not responsible.

You can! Gift cards are available here. They're digital, easy to use, and never expire!

I ship within the UK, EU, USA and Australia. If you reside outside of these regions, your order may be subject to additional customs fees and/or import taxes, as well as customs-related delays. Please check your country's import regulations for information.

Don't worry, I never include an invoice with your order, just a branded packing slip. The invoice is sent to the email address provided at checkout. However, if your shipment requires customs clearance, order value may be noted on the customs form.

I do not currently offer gift notes, but I'm very keen to add this option in 2024. Watch this space!

All of my posters are Giclée-printed on 200 GSM matte fine art paper, using the best pigment-based, fade-resistant archival inks. You can learn more about the paper and printing process here.

The frames are made using ash wood (or Tasmanian oak if you're in Australia), and finished with a perspex glaze. You can read a more detailed overview of materials, assembly and shipping here.
