Order FAQs
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 4 business days, and take on average 3 to 5 days to arrive after dispatch. You will receive an email with tracking info after dispatch.
This is a general guideline. Please refer to the Shipping page for an estimate per region, and refer to your tracking link for the most accurate delivery updates.
Can I express my order?
All orders enter the same production flow, and cannot skip the queue. I do not currently offer express shipping, but feel free to contact me if you need to place a time-sensitive order. I'll be happy to provide an upgrade if possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have a 2 hour window to cancel if you've made a mistake. Just email hello@modernmythosart.com with your order number and I'll stop the press.
After this cancellation window has elapsed, your order will be printed and prepped for sorting, packing and shipping. At this stage, you will only be eligible for a partial refund. If the order has already been registered for collection, you can no longer cancel your order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As each piece is custom printed and framed, I am unable to accept the return or exchange of unwanted items. Further information about this policy can be found here.
Please note, this does not include transit damage or order issues (see below).
There is an issue with my item/s
If you experience any transit damage or print issues, please contact me with your order number and photos of the problem. I'll help to resolve this for you right away.
There is an issue with delivery
Transit time may be affected by service interruptions, such as customs control, border crossings, national holidays etc. While these interruptions are outside my control, don't hesitate to contact me with any concerns – I'm always happy to investigate.
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly or use any "Update Delivery" options provided on the tracking page. If you cannot resolve the issue with the courier, please let me know.
Can I edit my address?
Please contact me ASAP if you need to correct your address information. As soon as the order is with the courier, I cannot recall it. Customers must ensure their address information is correct, as failed deliveries may result in long delays and re-shipping fees.
If your order is already on the way, check your tracking page for "Update Delivery" options, or contact the courier directly to correct your information.
Will I pay customs?
Orders within the UK, EU, USA and Australia are not subject to customs fees. If you are ordering from outside these regions, your shipment may be subject to additional customs fees and/or import taxes. Please check your country's import regulations for information.
What if my order is a gift?
I don't include any invoice information within the shipment; invoices are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Shipments only include a thank you slip.
I do not currently offer gift notes and/or gift wrapping. However I hope to change this in the future – watch this space!
