Order FAQs

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to keep an eye on progress. 

Most orders take 3-5 business days in transit, once shipped. However, transit may take longer in the following cases: Shipment is crossing national borders; Order overlaps with seasonal rush or national holidays; Shipment requires customs clearance; Courier-related delays (such as transport issues or strike action); Extreme weather events; Delivery failures.

Can I express my order?

All orders enter the same production flow, and cannot skip the queue. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering. 

Can I cancel my order?

I always allow a 2 hour window for fuss-free cancellations, in case of accidental orders. If you cancel within this window, you are guaranteed a full refund. If it has been longer than this, you may not be eligible for a full refund. 

Most orders are processed, printed and framed immediately after the cancellation window has elapsed. From there, they join a queue for packaging, shipping registration, collection and dispatch. 

If the order has already been processed, you may only cancel (and be refunded for) shipping; If the order has already been registered with the courier, you can no longer cancel your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As each piece is custom printed and framed just for you, I am unable to accept the return of unwanted items. Please double-check that your print and size selections are correct before purchasing. Full information can be found on the Return Policy page. 

There is an issue with my item/s

If you need to report transit damage or a misprint issue, please email me at hello@modernmythosart.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. If reporting damage, please also include a photo of the tube / box.

I will get a replacement to you ASAP.

There is an issue with delivery

Keep an eye on your tracking page and contact the courier directly if you need to provide any additional instructions, such as a drop-off location, access code, redelivery date etc. Further tips and info can be found on the Shipping page.

If you experience any issues that you cannot resolve with the courier, please contact me at hello@modernmythosart.com with your order number and I will help you investigate. 

Can I edit my address?

Please contact me ASAP if you need to correct your address information. As soon as the order is with the courier, I cannot recall it. Customers must ensure their address information is correct, as failed deliveries may result in long delays and re-shipping fees. 

If your order is already on the way, check your tracking page for "Update Delivery" options, or contact the courier directly to correct your information.

Will I pay customs?

If your order is being shipped to a region outside of the UK, EU, USA or Australia, it may be subject to additional customs fees and/or import taxes, as well as customs-related delays. Please check your country's import regulations for information. 

What if my order is a gift?

I don't include any invoice information within the shipment; invoices are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Shipments only include a thank you slip.

I do not currently offer gift notes and/or gift wrapping. However I hope to change this in the future – watch this space!
