Returns & Replacements
At Modern Mythos Art, every item is made to order, just for you. As such, the store cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact me immediately at hello@modernmythosart.com.
On rare occasions, items may be damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please provide the following information within 7 days of the delivery date confirmed in tracking:
- Your order number.
- Clear, detailed photos of the damage (including packaging).
- Any additional relevant details, such as handling or weather issues.
Once confirmed, this information will be submitted to the courier, and I will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 4 business days, and include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- UK: 2-4 business days
- USA: 3-7 business days
- Europe (EU): 3-7 business days
- Rest of World: 5-10 business days
These are approximate timelines. Please refer to the tracking link for the most accurate delivery updates. Orders shipped outside the EU, UK, USA, or Australia may be subject to customs fees or delays.
Delays: Delivery may be affected by customs clearance processes, national holidays, international border crossings, postal strike action, and other service interruptions. I appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
PO Boxes: Many couriers (including UPS and FedEx) do not deliver to PO Boxes. Customers using a PO Box for delivery do so at their own risk and are responsible for any resulting delivery failures or delays. Please monitor tracking and contact the courier if action or collection is required to complete delivery.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking, responding to delivery notifications, and contacting the courier directly in the event of delivery issues. As the sender, I do not receive tracking or delivery updates.
Delayed Delivery
If delivery is delayed, check the tracking page to confirm the cause and contact the courier if necessary. If there is no clear explanation or ETA, please contact me at hello@modernmythosart.com.
Collection Notices
If your shipment is sent to a collection point, please confirm the collection address via the tracking page and collect it within the specified timeframe. If you cannot collect, please arrange re-delivery with the courier. Failure to collect by the specified date may result in "Failed Delivery" (see below).
Customs Clearance
If your shipment requires customs clearance, please follow the instructions provided by the courier or customs office. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Failure to complete customs clearance may result "Failed Delivery" (see below).
Rejected Delivery
If a shipment is refused or rejected on delivery, this is considered "Failed Delivery" (see below).
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails, your shipment will likely be returned to sender. This can result in significant delays, additional fees, or total loss. Returned items will not be stored, re-sold or refunded, but will be re-shipped after payment of re-shipping fees.
Common causes for delivery failures include: Incorrect or incomplete address; Address access issues; Multiple failed delivery attempts; Failure to collect from a designated access point.
Due to the long delays and additional fees involved, it is important to prevent and avoid failed deliveries. Please monitor tracking closely and use any "Update Delivery" options provided by the courier to resolve issues promptly.
